• Results and Sixth Form

I haven't written since results day, apparently 30 days ago though it seems much quicker, i got in total 4 and a half A*s and 7A's, the A*'s were in all my chosen subjects for A Level.
Started sixth form and loving it!

  • Woah :D

Haven't been on here since last Christmas :D

Spoke then of a woman called Rachel Tucker, beginning her role as Meat in We Will Rock You in London's West End. She is now nearing the end of her stint, on the 12th/20th of September. In January i took a trip to the Dominion Theatre with my friend and we watched We Will Rock You, to our delight she was playing the female lead, Scaramouche! Rachel didn't disappoint and i'd encourage anyone to see her while they still can. Over the summer i went to West End Live with a mate, saw Rachel Tucker again, she was amazing once more :P

I took exams in January and scored three A*'s in all of my science modules!

Since then i did my two D of E expeditions, Alton Towers, prom and leavers assembly, all my GCSEs and and almost done with a twelve week summer holiday. I get my results and week today and i can't wait!!

God the long summer, i went on my first holiday with just mates, we fell out with two who spat on presents from another friend and didnt spend any of the holiday with them. I've since half made up with one of them due to another mutual friendship, but it's still and awkward situation!!

    Crazy stuff :P

  • Christmas/Mocks/Everything

Wow, i haven't been on here for like ever!!

The last two weeks i've been off school for study leave for my mock exams, what a laugh, not! However it was pretty cool, as it feels like i've already had two weeks of crimbo hols lunching with my mates in between exams, how very swish, lol!!

Now it's the real holidays, and my god am i excited, there is never an age where you're too old to enjoy christmas. Seriously, i do not sleep on christmas eve, what with all the excitement; the joys of it is great!!

    xx

  • Hmm not been on here for ages!!!

Heya, i've just been reminded by blog.co.uk that i haven't logged on for 30 days, so i am doing so!!!!

I'm having a fabulous summer, especially as last thursday i got my year 10 GCSE results!!!

A* in short course RE and my Biology and Physics science modules
    AA in two ICT GCSE's
    A in Chemistry module

    So yeah im good!!

  • Reading my blog.

Just been readin through my entire blog and deleted a few of the founding blogs as the feelings in them aren't true. Its interesting to see how much i have changed since starting this blog!

Also i mentioned Rachel Tucker and how i wished her luck, i found out the other day that as of the 20th September she will play Meat in We Will Rock You in the west end, really pleased for and want to see the play even more now!!!!

  • This ain't no serious comment...

...But i feel the need to say it, just a spur of the moment feeling you know.

Just thinking, my best friend without the twin brother, is rather more interested in boys than i am. I like boys, no confusion there, she is just rather more obssessed. I may have mentioned before the six or seven she had before year 9, when i had only one failed 'thing' in year 9.
She's been at womad with my rather more 'experienced' friend for the last few days and i've just spoken to her on msn, in the fleeting five minutes conversation she managed to mention my mate on holiday in majorca, who is dating my 'ex' if you can call him that, who met a fit ducth guy but couldnt do anything. She also mentioned the guys they met at womad, that was it no mention of anything else.

Am i strange to not want to sit there for about 3 hours talking about boys, i'd rather have conversations with my mates about stuff we've done together or other things?

Hmm maybe just me being hot and bothered and moaney, but all comments appreciated.

  • Day 3

Today we prepared for the party in yr4's class which they are having because the rest of the school are on a trip for the day.

We measured paper chains in maths and blew up balloons, we also prepared sandwiches. Next we had the party games and then party food.

We also had out teacher visit.

  • Day 2

Today i worke in the speech and language base in the morning. I helped some kids through a very simple maths sheet, its interesting to see how hard they find it when they are year 3-6 pupils and were only doing very simple taking away and adding with the inverse to check it.

I also helped them write letters to a new girl who will start in september.

In the afternoon i helped to prepare for open evening with the year 4's, four of whom are special needs, plus another girl with downs who misbehaves and disrupts the lesson a lot. Her mum wanted her in a special school but couldnt get her in, she clarly needs it.

I towered over everyone there even though im only 5,2! The teacher and assistant were tiny, the little kids were nearly the same height as her, even though they're only 9!!!

  • Day 1

Day 1 was actually yesterday but i forgot, so oh well!!

I helped kids with a science experiment (yr 1 and reception) and listened to some kids read, they were all really cute with only some devil children.

A few have learning and speech problems but their lovely, on girl is almost completely mute, i heard her reply to the register and say 'yes' once in the entire lesson, reading with her was interesting to say the least.

I also took part in a street dance class, some of the boys are suprisingly good at choreography for 5 year olds!!!

  • Work Experience

Heya, i start work experience tomorrow, for five days, and thought i'd give you a diary!!

I'm working at my old primary school, and obviously i cant name names or anything, cause its a school and stuff but i am also working with the EVIL twin, lol, im sure we'll get on okay for that wekk hopefully!! Fingers crossed she wont do my head in!!!
